Thanks to your expert inspection, I was able get all safety problems fixed by The seller before the closing.
Already made major repairs To the entry steps !!! There's now a small Porch , a metal roof , good lighting & handrails !
AND I took out that dreadful ancient propane Heater hanging on the wall & installed a New efficient Rinnai heater (floor model). ,
Moved it to a better location & moved the outside Propane tank as well !
