We cannot thank you enough for the time you spent in less than ideal conditions conducting your inspection. We are having a local contractor work up an "estimate" of repairs for us so that we can negotiate the final buy price. I would highly recommend Covered Bridge. They were very professional and easy to deal with. Steve did our inspection and he showed up 15 minutes before the time of the appointment and was extremely thorough and was willing to answer any questions we had as he was working. The report that he sent us was extremely thorough and had many links for info about how to care for our new home and with explanations about his findings. We would definitely use this company again if we needed another inspection in the future.

Covered Bridge, in particular Steve Dukette, is a great resource for home inspections. My wife and I were very impressed by how professional and thorough our inspection was. We feel that we got not only a great value, but we now feel very comfortable with the home we are purchasing. The report itself was very detailed with pictures, hyperlinks, and descriptions of various issues found. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.
